Outdoor sessions add a different dimension to one's practice and help the student build the original link with nature. When our link is established and strengthen, natural healing occurs in all aspects of our being; spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. 
Many aspects of yoga are in fact about being in the moment and at one with nature or the universe. That's why so many asanas reflect animals and nature.

This approach is also known as One 2 One Personal teaching and is the optimal way to adapt yoga for students who have no prior knowledge and experience in Yoga. It's the traditional way of teaching Yoga and allows for the holistic and therapeutic applications to be conditioned together.

Repeated exposure to workplace stressor can result in a strain, an outcome of the job stress process that can be psychological, physical, or behavioral in nature, leading to Counterproductive Work Behaviour. Mindfulness and self-control practices through our Yogic Guidelines will encourage individuals to be aware and accept their aggression-linked thoughts and emotions simply as a short-lived state rather than to control them.



According to Sage Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, physical exercises is not the goal of yoga, it is simply a tool, the only alignment necessary is to be comfortable, steady, and relaxed in asana  "Sukham Sthiram Asanam" .

Most of the people mainly concentrate on the alignments of yoga poses. By placing all the focus only on the body alignments they are ignoring the many benefits to the mind and spirit. Many times, rigid ideas of teachers about alignment cause more pain and injuries than not really paying attention to small corrections.
