Practice & Education

Learn to Listen to Your Body

Improving wellbeing is more than just a fitness decision, it’s a lifestyle commitment. Our courses and sessions provide an excellent opportunity to exercise your body and mind, but they’re also places to meet and share with other engaged and open-minded individuals.

Outdoor Sessions

One With Nature

Outdoor sessions add a different dimension to one's practice and help the student build the original link with nature. When our link is established and strengthen, natural healing occurs in all aspects of our being; spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Many aspects of yoga are in fact about being in the moment and at one with nature or the universe. That's why so many asanas reflect animals and nature. Come and experience for yourself.

Visiting Sessions

Controlled Concentration

This approach is also known as One 2 One Personal teaching and is the optimal way to adapt yoga for students who have no prior knowledge and experience in Yoga. It's the traditional way of teaching Yoga and allows for the holistic and therapeutic applications to be conditioned together. Only applicable for Fundamental Level Students and Selected Classes.

Strength & Healing

Bespoke or Group sessions are a great way to share and explore technique and movement while building upon the collective energy in the room. You can develop even more strength and awareness when working together. A variety of class styles for all levels are available and designed to suit your group's needs. Only applicable for Beginner Level Students onwards.

According to Sage Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, physical exercises is not the goal of yoga, it is simply a tool, the only alignment necessary is to be comfortable, steady, and relaxed in asana  "Sukham Sthiram Asanam" .

Most of the people mainly concentrate on the alignments of yoga poses. By placing all the focus only on the body alignments they are ignoring the many benefits to the mind and spirit. Many times, rigid ideas of teachers about alignment cause more pain and injuries than not really paying attention to small corrections.
