Formation:



Cross the right hand in the left hand and position the thumbs over the other so they form an X shape, with the right thumb on top. Fingers together. Or cross the hand in front of chest and also cross the thumbs keeping the palms one upon the other and place this Mudra on the lap. Do this Mudra 15 minutes a day.


Benefits:
